We form and equip our people with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Everything that we are and do stems from our idenity in this gospel. The gospel is both the power for and shaping factor of all we do (Romans 1:16; Galatians 2:14).
We form and equip our people to be rooted and grounded in the reality and wonder of the grace of God.
We form and equip our people to love what God loves in the way he loves it, cultivating delight in the beautiful.
CHURCH AS FAMILY
We form and equip our people to consistently invest in relationships, covering brokenness and celebrating redemption. Learning to live as family is essentially about learning to love others as Christ has loved us, and lay our lives down for one another in tangible, compelling ways.
We form and equip our people to faithfully steward their lives for the good of others in the home, at the workplace, around the neighborhood, and throughout the city.
We form and equip our people to see themselves primarily as agents of God’s Kingdom and to work, not just for the bottom dollar, but for the common good.
We form and equip our people to follow Jesus and become agents of renewal by stewarding our privilege on behalf of others. We are called to work towards establishing justice for the good of the city.
