Life Together: Created for Community

Dear Redemption City Family,

You and I were created for community. Every single one of us longs for meaningful relationships, ones through which we can know and be known by others. This longing is rooted in God himself because God is a relational being, and we are made in his image.

Tomorrow at Redemption City Church we will begin our new teaching series called "Life Together: A Vision for a Jesus-Centered Community". For the next nine weeks, we will be diving into Scripture and thinking through how the good news of Jesus changes community. My prayer is that this will be a formative time for us as we learn what it truly means to live in community in a place like Boston.

I hope you’ll join us tomorrow. Bring a friend.

Christ is All,
Pastor Juan

Fall Gathering: Apple Picking
Mark your calendar for our church-wide apple picking day at Cider Hill Farm next Saturday, October 3rd! Meet us at the farm in Amesbury at 12PM, and invite others to come along for the fun.

City Groups
We had a great first week of City Groups! If you missed the first week, we encourage you to attend one this coming week. Check out our website for locations/times and to learn more about our vision for City Groups.

Pre-service Prayer
Every Sunday morning, Redemption City Church holds pre-service prayer meetings at 9:45am. Please join us in the hallway next to the auditorium to pray for our church, our city, and our world.

Haley House Soup Kitchen
We are helping the Haley House Soup Kitchen on October 4th from 1:30-5PM as we prepare/serve a meal for the elderly homeless community of the neighborhood. Sign up on our website to reserve your spot to help.

Help Wanted
We’re a growing church and are always in need of some helping hands with our Sunday Gathering. Please stop by our “Resource Table” on Sundays or check out our website to find out how you can get involved.
